The UIUC Civil & Environmental Engineering Phase 3 was the final project for the course, CEE 598, Building Information Modelling, offered by the College of Civil and Environmental Engineering. The project involved the development of a Design-Build Proposal, which included the design itself, a cost estimate for the design service, and a schedule for design phases and activities. The entire project was carried out in REVIT in conjunction with other software such as Lumion (Architectural Walkthrough) and Navisworks (4D model and simulation) among many others. The team involved was interdisciplinary with members having varied backgrounds, including Architecture, Construction Management, and Structural Engineering.
