The design of a highrise at Chicago required to house residential apartments and offices along with minimal retail spaces at the entrance levels. The highrise was to be located in Streeterville along the banks of the Chicago River.
The design of the highrise included delving into form development, core development, selection of an appropriate structural system, development og the interaction of the highrise with he ground plane and the development of individual residential and office unit plans.
Apart from the required programs, additional spaces like sky lobbies with amenities, an infinity pool at the top (highest in the western hemisphere at 1503 ft) etc were added.
